+Trouble shooter came back as there was a problem running the trouble shooter, try looking for other solutions. When Outlook does open, it will send mail fine one minute and then the next minute it will not send any mail. I agree, it is highly unlikely that all the users would suddenly have an issue that isn’t patch related. Outlook opening problems are simple to deal with.
